Start your EA building by creating Conditions for Opening, Closing, or Managing trades. Conditions are designed as simple side-by-side comparisons that can be grouped by color. They work with both usual signs and special operators such as “Crosses Above” or “Crosses & Retraces“. Multi-Timeframe trading comes into play since comparing can be done in any selected Timeframe.

Having Conditions established, it is time to decide what to open and what to close. This Section specifies all properties of the trades to be executed such as Order type, Volume, Stop Loss, Take Profit, and identifier. Condition Groups marked with different colors allow opening and closing different types of order in a single EA setting. This feature enables combining many strategies in one EA.

EaFather provides powerful tools to track and manage trades in both profitable and losing directions, at the same time. For example, it is possible to open more similar trades as position become profitable, and simultaneously apply Hedging scheme if price reverses. The managed positions can be opened by EaFather or any other means as long as they have a Magic number.

This Section requires most attention in building an EA. Symbol and Magic filters assign Magic number to open trades, and specify which position to be managed by different Management methods. Time filter helps to define preferable trading sections accurately to the second. Filters are separated for opening and managing Sections, making EaFather a powerful multiple trading engine.
